Retail Wireless Consultant

Sales Territory: All Quality Cellular Retail Locations

Hours: Full and Part-time

Job Responsibilities

• Sell wireless phones, accessories and services to business customers and individuals.
• Communicate cost effectiveness of products, services, features, rate plans and special offers to customers as appropriate.
• Prepare accurate and timely paperwork to ensure efficient processing of customer transactions.
• Service existing customers including resolving/investigating billing or other issues.
• Resolve customer complaints.

Qualifications

• 1 year of retail sales experience preferred.
• Knowlege of wireless communications industry preferred.
• Effective persuasion and strong negotiation skills.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively without close supervision.
• High degree of motivation.
• Proficiency in Spanish a plus.
