Sell wireless phones, accessories and services to business customers and individuals.

Communicate cost effectiveness of products, services, features, rate plans and special offers to customers as appropriate.

Prepare accurate and timely paperwork to ensure efficient processing of customer transactions.

Service existing customers including resolving/investigating billing or other issues.

Resolve customer complaints.

1 year of retail sales experience preferred.

Knowledge of wireless communications industry preferred.

Effective persuassion and strong negotiation skills.

Good verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to work effectively without close supervision.

High degree of motivation.

Proficiency in Spanish a plus.
